National Library Week Bookmark Contest

Tell us about your experience at the library! Using crayons, colored pencils, watercolors, markers, charcoals or paint to create an original bookmark. (No computer generated images, please.) Make it wonderful and colorful!

Artists from preschool to age 18 are invited to participate. Details and entry forms will be available at the library. All entries are due by March 22.

Beginning March 25, Library patrons will vote on their favorites and winners will be announced during National Library Week in April.

Spring Break Henna Tattoo

Show off a great henna tattoo just in time for spring.

Henna designs will remain on the skin, from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on how long the henna is allowed to set (normally 2-12 hours).

Permission slips are required to use henna during the event.

Teens without permission slips will not be allowed to participate. Pick up a permission slip at the library or download one here (clicking link will open a PDF file).
