The Kansas Dept of Revenue is no longer distributing paper tax returns or booklets. However, you can now file your 2014 Individual Income Tax Return and Homestead claims online with the new and improved Kansas WebFile. Kansas Homestead and other personal forms can also be downloaded from the Kansas Department of Revenue’s web site, however, they cannot be printed without paying a penalty.
