The library is still closed, but you may now place holds on items and pick them up by appointment. Until the Kansas Library Courier resumes service, Bonner Springs Patrons can place holds only on items that are owned by the Bonner Springs Library. Call us at 913-441-2665 for a pickup appointment.
The book drop is now open. No fines for overdue materials will be charged because of the library’s interruption of service.
STEPS for placing an item on hold
Log into NEXT Search Catalog logo via Bonner Springs Library Website – the logo is at the right hand column under the library hours
Currently patrons can only place holds on BONNER LIBRARY items. So use the drop down option to select BONNER Library for your search
Enter title or item description into the search box and press enter to search
Items matching your search will appear. Select the item you would like to place hold by clicking the title. Then click “Place hold” link to the right of the title.
The system will ask your library card number and password. If you do not know your 4 digits pass code, please contact us at 913-441-2665
After you key in your library card number and pass code, it will bring up a screen confirming your hold. Click on the “confirm hold” button.
We will process your holds and make an appointment with you to pick up your items.
